Situated right behind Piazza dei Signori, in a ancient building well restructured with beams and walls at sight.
The local has a capacity of about 80 seats divided in two lounges.

The “Spin” is the baccalà’s spine bone, because since always the baccalà “conso” (with salad) or “in tecia” with polenta, is this restaurant’s typical dish.
In fact Alfredo Sturlese didn’t want to break with the past maintaining the originality of the atmosphere and of the cuisine.

Attacked during the lunch pause by bank and office employees becomes more ”slow” in the evening.
